Do I need to be home during service?
Not at all. Many clients provide entry instructions ahead of time so services can be completed while they’re away. However, you’re always welcome to remain home during service if preferred. Our team works quietly and efficiently to create a seamless experience with minimal disruption to your day.
Do you bring your own supplies? Do you use natural cleaning products?
Yes. We arrive with our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment unless a client prefers their own specific products be used in their home. We’re also happy to accommodate requests for eco-conscious, low-tax or fragrance free cleaning options whenever possible. Let us know prior to your service for any special requests.
How are quotes and pricing handled?

Yes! We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly and custom recurring service options designed to keep homes and properties consistently cared for and running smoothly.
Do you service short-term and vacation rentals?
Yes. Sunday House specializes in thoughtful turnover services for vacation properties, including laundry, resets, restocking, guest-ready preparation and property check-ins when needed.
